Do I need any drifting experience?
No. Drift 101 is designed for complete beginners. If your goal is serious driver development, our Drift Academy Pathway Program provides structured progression from fundamental techniques through circuit drifting.

Do I need a driver’s licence?
No. A driver’s licence is not required, although participants without a licence should already have basic driving experience.

Do I need to know how to drive manual?
Manual experience is preferred for our introductory courses. Students entering the Drift Academy Pathway Program should be comfortable operating a manual-transmission vehicle.

Are the drift cars provided?
Yes. Drift Academy provides the cars used throughout our courses, as well as the required safety equipment.

What is the difference between Drift 101, Master, Elite and Supreme?
Drift 101 is our 3-hour introduction to drifting.
Drift Master is our full-day drift experience with additional techniques and challenges.
Drift Elite is training-focused and develops the fundamental building blocks of controlled, consistent drifting.
Drift Supreme progresses into second gear, circuit-link simulation, multiple corners and progressive on-track drifting.

What is the Drift Academy Pathway Program?
Our Pathway is a structured 6-day development program consisting of 3 Drift Elite days followed by 3 Drift Supreme days.

Unlike our experience-based courses, Pathway training is focused on learning, progression and personalized coaching. Each session builds upon the previous one, with the ultimate goal of preparing students with the skills and confidence to drift independently.

How long are the courses?
Drift 101 is approximately 3 hours. Our full-day courses run from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing approximately 6 hours of course time with a 30-minute lunch break.

What is Drift Taxi?
Drift Taxi lets you experience drifting without having to drive yourself. For $150 per person, you'll ride alongside an experienced drift driver for 3 sideways laps of the track.

Are helmets provided?
Yes. Helmets and required safety equipment are provided. Participants are also welcome to bring their own suitable helmet.

Where are the classes held?
All Canadian classes are held at Mission Raceway Park in Mission, British Columbia.

Do classes run in the rain?
Yes. We run rain or shine. Drifting is a motorsport activity and changing weather conditions are part of the experience.

Can I purchase a course as a gift?
Absolutely. Gift vouchers are available if you don't yet know which event date the recipient would like to attend.

How old do I need to be?
Our minimum age is 13. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian waiver. Younger participants should have appropriate previous driving experience.

How do I reserve an event date?
Select your course and purchase it through our website. Where event dates are available on the product page, select your preferred date when ordering. Gift vouchers can be purchased without choosing a date.

Which course should I choose?
If you've never drifted before, start with Drift 101.

For a complete full-day drifting experience, choose Drift Master.

If your goal is to seriously develop your skills and progress toward circuit drifting, choose Drift Elite and begin the Drift Academy Pathway Program.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Because our events have limited capacity and each participant occupies a reserved position, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the following policy:

More than 14 days before your event: Refund available, less a 10% cancellation/administration fee, or transfer the full booking value to another available date.

7–14 days before your event: Non-refundable, but your booking may be transferred once to another available event date.

Less than 7 days before your event: Non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-shows: No refund, credit or rescheduling will be provided.

Weather: Events operate rain or shine. Weather alone does not qualify for cancellation or rescheduling.

Drift Academy cancellation: If we cancel an event, participants may transfer to another available date or receive a full refund.
